Electrical Engineer - Melbourne

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our Building Services Team in Melbourne. As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will lead electrical design and project delivery for our major clients, working on projects in the health, sports infrastructure, and defence sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical design and project delivery for major clients
  • Provide high-quality design services for lighting, power distribution, and earthing/lightning protection
  • Work effectively within a team of multi-disciplinary engineers
  • Assist with bids and tenders as required
  • Provide leadership and mentor junior engineers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Degree with RPEV and CPEng (or working towards)
  • 10+ years of experience working for a Building Services Consultancy or contractor
  • Demonstrated project experience working to Australian Standards
  • Proficiency with industry standard software (MS Office, AutoCAD, PowerCAD, AGI31, Blue Beam)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
