About the SAP EC HR Payroll Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Employee Central (EC) Payroll Consultant to design, implement, and deploy EC Payroll cloud solutions aligned with our HRIMS transformation program.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Employee Central Payroll
  • Provide point-to-point integration expertise
  • Configure time and leave management systems, including integration with third-party rostering systems
  • Integrate Payroll posting journals with Finance systems effectively
  • Configure schemas and rules according to the service catalog
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
  • Guide the team in their functional areas to meet business requirements
  • Contribute to weekly reporting for the Payroll team
  • Ensure compliance with project tasks and deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members as needed

  • Integration expertise
Required Skills and Qualifications:

SAP HR/Payroll Expertise

  • Proven experience as an SAP HR/Payroll Functional Lead with work planning and technical team leadership background
  • 4-5 years of hands-on configuration experience in SAP HR and Payroll
  • Expertise in solution design within SAP HR/Payroll landscape
  • Strong functional knowledge with technical skills to bridge business and technology
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly
  • Ability to plan, monitor, and control SAP technical teams; experience with remote/offshore teams is a plus
  • Certifications in SuccessFactors Employee Central and EC Payroll are highly desirable
  • Knowledge and experience in People Analytics, BTP landscape, and integrations
