About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill our Centre Manager position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a thriving retail hub in Canberra.
Key to this role is ensuring smooth centre operations, delivering an exceptional customer experience, building strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders, and working closely with the property management team to achieve performance outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
Operational Management:
Manage day-to-day activities to maintain a safe, well-presented, and welcoming environment.
Tenant Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
Maintenance and Compliance:
Coordinate maintenance, contractors, and compliance requirements.
Marketing and Community Engagement:
Support marketing and community engagement initiatives.
Financial Performance:
Monitor budgets and financial performance.
Requirements
Previous Experience:
Previous experience in shopping centre management or retail operations is essential.
Relationship Building:
Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills are crucial.
Organisational Ability:
Excellent organisational ability with attention to detail is required.
Proactive Approach:
A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work independently are necessary.
