Hotel Guest Experience Representative

Our hotel is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Guest Experience Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the comfort and cleanliness of our guests.

  • Ensure guest rooms, hallways, and storage areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
  • Restock room supplies, including linen, minibar items, and other essentials.
  • Follow proper procedures for handling and reporting lost property.
