Highly Skilled Business Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Business Coordinator. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing administrative support to a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level administrative support, including managing complex tasks, coordinating meetings and conferences, and preparing presentations.
- Assist in forward planning, providing relevant preparation material and pre-briefs for meetings.
- Coordinate VIP and general visits, including logistics and catering as required.
- Organise domestic and international travel, ensuring it meets company policy and completing credit card acquittals.
- Provide support to lead team members as needed and build strong relationships with the Administration team.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Prior experience in a similar role in professional services is preferred.
- Ability to contribute in a team environment, providing support to meet deliverables and adding value collaboratively.
- Motivated self-starter with excellent time management skills to manage multiple competing priorities under broad direction.
- Adept at building and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail and organisational problem-solving skills.
- Proactive thinking, flexible and lean-in approach.
- Computer literacy, intermediate knowledge of MS Suite and SharePoint, familiarity with Concur and Oracle desirable.
