The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional with a solid understanding of State Significant Development and State Significant Infrastructure planning framework in NSW. You will support key clients, contribute to the overall growth of our Western Sydney Office, and have the opportunity to work on and shape some of the largest projects to elevate Western Sydney.

Your Role

You will provide high-quality services including advice relating to land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, master plans, the approval process, and management. You will develop client relationships by building trust, providing quality advice, preparing fee proposals that respond clearly to client needs, and managing expectations.

About This Opportunity

Our ideal candidate has tertiary qualifications in Urban Planning or a related discipline, demonstrated experience, and a strong track record with a similar role at a similar level. You should have 0-3 years minimum work experience in a consultancy environment, good knowledge and understanding of strategic policies, processes, and influences, and proficient appreciation and understanding of impacts and issues affecting land use and development.
