About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in Air Fulfilment, Content Distribution, and Process Improvement. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can collaborate with key stakeholders across Supply and our partners.

Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, gathering data, and working with stakeholders to implement improvements.

The role involves developing and executing strategies to optimize resources, reduce costs, and boost profitability.

Foster innovation and excellence within our fulfillment and content distribution functions.

  • Manage offshore relationships and resources.
  • System administration and testing.
  • Designing and deploying systems or processes to enhance consultant productivity.
  • Leading small to medium projects.
  • Providing regular updates on priorities and status to stakeholders.

We are seeking a professional with at least 5 years' experience in the travel industry and strong understanding of Air Fulfilment, content systems, and booking flows.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in system administration roles or working with offshore partners is also required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the travel industry.
  • At least 3 years in system administration roles or working with offshore partners.
  • Strong understanding of Air Fulfilment (Ticketing), content systems, and booking flows.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of multiple GDS systems.
  • Project management experience with established methodologies.
