We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to join a high-profile transformation program within the energy sector. This project will modernise operational technology and deliver next-generation capability for Australia's essential industries.

This is a career-defining project that requires strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Our ideal candidate has experience in process mapping, process improvement, and business process re-engineering. Industry experience in utilities, energy, infrastructure, or regulated environments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed end-to-end process maps aligned to business capability models
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with SMEs, technical teams, and stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable processes and requirements
  • Support functional design documentation and stakeholder walkthroughs
  • Ensure requirements traceability and support testing phases
  • Identify gaps between current and future state operations to inform change and training plans
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale programs
  • Strong process mapping, process improvement, and business process re-engineering skills
  • Proficiency with tools like Visio or Signavio
  • Experience working in hybrid (Waterfall/Agile) delivery models
  • Exposure to operational technology, EMS, SCADA, or similar highly desirable
  • Business Analysis certification (CBAP, BABOK, IIBA) or 10+ years' experience
  • Skilled communicator with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
