Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Hiring Specialist to drive our recruitment efforts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective hiring strategies to identify top talent.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Championing a great candidate experience through initial contact to hire.
  • Utilizing expertise and various sourcing tools to identify top candidates, build pipelines and maintain relationships.

This role requires:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT recruiting and sourcing for an in-house team or a technology-focused search firm.
  • A strong track record in sourcing tech roles in areas like Network, System Engineering, Sales and Presales, and Security Clearance.
  • Experience with recruitment management systems and application tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
