The OpportunityThe HR Advisor's role is pivotal in supporting a dynamic and diverse workforce, contributing significantly to our client's people-first approach. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, providing guidance to stakeholders and ensuring seamless processes.
- Coordinate onboarding and provide ongoing training support to ensure new starters are successfully integrated into the team.
- Support team leaders with performance management and guide disciplinary processes to maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and performance appraisals, to foster a culture of open communication and feedback.
- Present group inductions and workplace behavior training to promote a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Drive HR process improvements, such as refining recruitment processes and enhancing management induction programs, to optimize business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with team leaders across different departments, offering HR support and advice to ensure a cohesive and effective team.
- A seasoned HR Coordinator or HR Advisor with experience in a similar industry or dynamic environment.
- Adaptable and collaborative, with excellent communication skills to engage with diverse personalities and teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain a high level of productivity.
- A warm, approachable, and trustworthy professional who thrives in a close-knit, collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to excellence.
