A competitive salary of $29.11 - $29.42 per hour plus 25% casual loading is on offer for this role. This package reflects the importance of this position and the skills required to excel in it.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Personal Care Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will provide care to residents by assisting with bathing, showering, personal hygiene, dressing and grooming, toileting and continence management, feeding, and maintaining mobility/dexterity through transferring and lifting. They will also undertake bed making, cleaning of equipment, aids, utensils, distributing clean laundry and personal attire, and provide input into resident assessment and record general observations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have completed an AQF Certificate III relevant to the position and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care is provided to our residents.
