About the Role/TeamThis position is part of our Financial Markets, Business Support Services department. The team is responsible for managing and executing change for the Financial Markets group.
We are seeking a skilled professional who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead planning and management of business analysis approaches for projects and initiatives
- Elicit, analyse, document, and communicate business requirements
- Conduct ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimisation strategies
- Translate complex business and technical information for diverse audiences
- Support pilot and implementation planning, change management, and training material development
- Perform solution evaluation during procurement, pilot, and post-implementation phases
- Create models, prototypes, and specifications to support business outcomes
- Provide input into business cases and strategy initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in business process modelling, requirements management, and solution evaluation
- Proficiency in BPMN and other modelling standards
- Experience across multiple project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
- IIBA CBAP certification or equivalent experience
- A commitment to continuous learning and mentoring
