Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Merchandising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital merchandising, with experience in creating engaging product presentations and managing product lifecycles.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Merchandising: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to optimise our digital merchandising performance and deliver a seamless online experience.
  • Product Management: Manage the entire product upload process, from quality control of product descriptions to ensuring timely launches.
  • Product Copy: Create accurate and engaging product descriptions that reflect the distinctive tone of voice for each collection.
  • Administration & Analytics: Monitor and report on key website performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.


Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury fashion or retail industry.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a creative, proactive mindset.
  • The ability to work autonomously, multitask effectively, and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with both creative and commercial teams.
