About the Role

This leadership position offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic media campaigns and shape campaign direction. You will work closely with a team of Specialists across strategy, digital, and performance to deliver results-driven solutions for diverse clients.

As an Account Director, you will oversee annual planning, provide direction to your team, and collaborate with Strategy & Product teams within our organization. With a strong focus on digital planning and campaign management, you will have the chance to develop your expertise in online channels and lead a core team to plan and implement campaigns across multiple platforms.

You will be responsible for owning senior client relationships, leading quarterly reviews, and providing strategic guidance and issue resolution. Additionally, you will translate comms strategy into comprehensive implementation recommendations that maximize return on investment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, strategic planning, and team leadership. They will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the marketing landscape, and a passion for innovation and collaboration.
