Job Description:

We're on a mission to develop innovative water sports technology that reduces ocean pollution and noise.

To achieve this goal, we're seeking a talented software engineer to design and implement software for our electric hydrofoils. You'll be responsible for creating seamless user experiences and scalable infrastructure across mobile apps and cloud systems.

  • Design and develop Fliteboard software, ensuring it meets the highest quality standards.
  • Lead the development of cross-platform mobile apps (iOS & Android) that deliver exceptional performance.
  • Create and scale backend systems on AWS, utilizing services like Lambda, CDK, Postgres, and React.
  • Collaborate with hardware-integrated teams to ensure smooth testing and integration.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative workflow environment.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in app development, AWS services, and embedded environments. Proficiency in Bluetooth LE, unit testing, and config management is also essential. Experience with C# for internal test tools is highly valued.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience (5–10+ years).
  • Proven track record of app development using Flutter/Swift/Kotlin.
  • Experience with AWS services (Lambda, Postgres, CDK, React).
  • Familiarity with embedded environments (Nordic nRF528xx, STM32).
