Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, responsive, and approachable service to our customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a good knowledge of our products, including our fresh produce, meat, seafood, and grocery items, and be able to answer customer queries.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure our store is well-stocked, clean, and organized, with fresh and appealing displays.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and willing to work in any area of the store, including registers, filling fridges and grocery shelves, and helping to unload trucks.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Team Player: Be a team player who is committed to working collaboratively with our team.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide excellent customer service, being approachable, friendly, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and be reliable in your work.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift shopping bags and items from stock rooms, and be on your feet for much of the day.
  • Computer Skills: Have basic computer skills and be able to use devices to conduct stocktakes.
