Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manager Asset Planning to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage asset information and strategic frameworks across all asset classes.
  • Lead the maturity of asset management practices and frameworks.
  • Align asset lifecycles with strategic, legislative, and audit requirements.
  • Implement long-term asset management programs aligned with financial planning.
  • Identify and manage external funding opportunities and grants.
  • Provide leadership in data analysis, condition assessment, and asset valuation.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have formal qualifications in asset management, business administration, engineering, or substantial relevant experience. You will also bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. Local Government experience at a senior level is highly desirable.
