Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the General Manager to develop a plan for each resident
  • Coordinate requested personal outing services for participating Residents
  • Complete accurate and detailed participation notes
  • Foster strong relationships with residents and their families
  • Manage time effectively for each resident

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for caring for others
  • Prior experience in aged care is a plus, but we'll provide training if needed
  • A commitment to holistic care that supports residents in achieving their goals and having all their needs met
