Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff, pets, bookings, maintenance, and administration.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through interactions, enquiries, and bookings.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for pets, meeting their individual needs and providing a comfortable stay.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing team through teamwork, clear expectations, and delivery of excellent service.
  • Maintain site-based social media pages showcasing our facility, engaging with customers, and attracting new bookings.

Requirements:

  • Available to attend an unpaid work trial shift.
  • Previous paid animal care experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Must have previous experience leading a team.
