Client Care Leader

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of approximately 20 client care specialists.
  • Deliver exceptional service and care to clients and their pets.
  • Develop and implement training programs in collaboration with others.
  • Manage rostering processes and client care resources.
  • Make informed decisions, manage complaints, and solve problems related to clients and the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing a team of client-facing professionals (at least 3 years).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to reach suitable solutions for clients and the business.
  • High standard of personal presentation and communication.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
