The Role

This is not your typical eCommerce Manager position. We're looking for a skilled professional who will lead end-to-end eCommerce strategy, logistics optimisation, and customer experience. You'll be responsible for ensuring our online store delivers best-in-class service, seamless operations, and rapid revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to scale online revenue, increase conversion rates, and optimise customer acquisition and retention.
  2. Oversee logistics, operations, and work closely with the marketing team to ensure a seamless workflow.
  3. Hold the logistics and operations teams accountable for streamlined, efficient processes that enhance productivity and profitability.
  4. Ensure a premium customer experience from site navigation to delivery, focusing on high-end service.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing manager to analyse performance metrics and drive strategic decisions.
  6. Identify new opportunities for product expansion, partnerships, and market trends to position the brand at the forefront of the luxury homewares industry.
  7. Leverage deep understanding of furniture, interior design, and home staging industries to drive brand credibility and relevance.
  8. Implement automation tools and optimise processes to ensure operational excellence.
