As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient management and administration of facility operations.
About This RoleThis position involves contributing to the overall efficiency and functionality of the workplace, managing vendor contracts, overseeing service agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards, monitoring facility-related budgets and expenditures, assisting in space planning and allocation, and facilitating communication between various departments regarding facility needs and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Drive contractual and HSE compliance through diligent monitoring and reporting.
- Track costs and budgeting to ensure adherence to spending requirements and provide relevant reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate the On-site CMMS reporting tool and link it to contractually agreed KPIs to optimize performance.
- Manage staff, contractor, and tenant scheduling to meet customer requirements effectively.
- Participate in driving HSE compliance and ensure all work by contractors and employees is conducted safely, efficiently, and professionally.
- Produce reports as requested for the site and provide insights/analysis from the reports to inform facilities decisions.
- Tertiary or post-trade qualifications in business, facility management, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years' experience in a complex operating environment, preferably in high-profile buildings.
- Strong management experience within a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Facility management experience, with a focus on quality assurance and sub-contractor management.
- Solid understanding of HSE legislation and compliance, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work independently without supervision.
