About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Program Manager to join our team at KBR Government Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals in a 24x7 mission-critical environment.
  • Develop and implement project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance to cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with business unit Controllers and Marketing teams to drive business growth.
  • Manage risk and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on large-scale facilities and logistics projects.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong technical, programmatic, and personal leadership skills.
  • Professional certification such as PMP, CFM, PE, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or DAWIA Level 2 certification in Program Management.
  • Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph or Host Nation TS/PV clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with business strategy and developing long-range business plans.
  • Knowledge of process improvement models (e.g. LEAN/Six Sigma, ISO 9000).
  • Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts.
  • Familiarity with 24/7/365 operational environments.
