A highly experienced senior chef is required to represent RATIONAL products within the Brisbane and wider Queensland market.

This role will draw upon industry expertise to identify new business opportunities and build and maintain industry relationships with key food service operators and chefs in the commercial kitchen segment.

You will offer high-quality catering solutions using RATIONAL products in a B2B selling capacity to retailers and foodservice end-users.

">Main Responsibilities">
  • Identify, acquire, and maintain long-term customers for our products and services to achieve sales and gross profit targets.">
  • Deliver RATIONAL Cooking Live presentations and customer training programs internally and externally with our business partners.">
  • Prepare call plans to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual objectives relating to target markets and complete monthly Sales activity reports.">
  • Use Salesforce to manage customers and activities involved in the sales process.">
  • In conjunction with the team, support, promote, and implement initiatives to enhance the company's market position and achieve sales growth.">
">About You">
  • A qualified chef with a strong network of contacts and experience at a senior chef level will be highly regarded.">
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.">
  • Sound computer skills at an intermediate level, experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is an advantage.">
  • Local and occasional Interstate travel is required to establish a strong network and contact base.">
