Job Title: Contracts Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Specialist to join our team at Concentis. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for overseeing contract management and procurement activities across goods and services categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing input to the development and execution of the commercial business plan
  • Establishing, executing, and maintaining annual sourcing plans for goods and service contracts
  • Providing guidance and assistance with the preparation of work scopes/specifications and tender packages
  • Leading the analysis and evaluation of tenders and quotations
  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions and preparing supply contract recommendations
  • Administering and awarding contracts, ensuring effective onboarding of contracted service providers
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and service providers
  • Providing advice and support to the business in relation to legislative and commercial matters

Requirements:

  • Be degree qualified in business, procurement, or a similar discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement, contracts management, or a similar field
  • Proficient in the use of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly Oracle JDE
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
