Job Overview

Job Title: Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating global campaign activities, managing competitions, in-store events, PR support, asset management, reporting, and assisting the wider marketing team.

Responsibilities

  1. Plan and roll out global marketing campaigns that support new collection releases, license collaborations, and retail events, including campaign ideation, briefing in online and in-store assets, artwork approval, and communication with retail teams.
  2. Assist the marketing team with managing charity partnerships, activities, asset creation, and reporting.
  3. Support PR campaigns with product ordering, packing, and mailouts.
  4. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across global marketing and customer service channels.
  5. Execute and fulfill fan competitions across retail and online platforms.
  6. Support retail stores with local area marketing activities and new store openings.
  7. Provide weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting on competitor activity, brand surveys, and research.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is ideal.
  • Passion for the audience, brand, and product range.
  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
  • Creativity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
