We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. As a senior member, you will be responsible for the design management, project management, and coordination of multidisciplinary civil projects within the roles of Job Manager and/or Lead Civil Engineer.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Design management and project management of civil projects
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Leading a team of engineers and technicians to ensure successful project outcomes

You will have experience working on drainage or civil engineering projects, preferably having technical expertise in grading and drainage design. With a particular focus on general civil projects, you will have strong links to the Victorian market that will have developed your expertise in 3D Design (12D or Civil 3D), Design Management and Bid writing/tendering.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, and the ability to display initiative. You will also be a values-driven person who enjoys sharing the successes of your colleagues and delivering excellence for clients.
