Senior Civil Engineering Project Leader

As part of our leadership team, you will lead civil engineering elements of buildings and urban design projects and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
You will contribute to the assessment of project opportunities and develop scope and fees for Civil Infrastructure design elements. Ensure commercial success by actively managing project risks and client relationships.
Lead and develop relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders. Mentor and develop staff to increase Civil Engineering capabilities on Buildings and Urban Design projects. Responsible for quality and accuracy of own and others work.
Key skills and experience:
- Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications and relevant skills with over 10 years post-graduate experience
- Expert knowledge in civil engineering design for Building and Urban Design projects
- Confidence to provide estimates for engineering budgets and assess commercial risks
