About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team at Goodstart Shell Cove. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early learning and care to our children, while also contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, while promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture, while maintaining open communication and feedback.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
