Early Childhood Teacher or Diploma Qualified Educator

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Teachers or Diploma qualified Educators to join our team as Room Leaders in the Baby Room at South, North, and CBD services.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience in continuing the team's quality of care, role modeling pedagogy and practice, and advocating for your team and the children and families in your care.
As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for mentoring and supporting staff, promoting best practice and pedagogy, and contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
We are looking for individuals who are committed to learning and development, with the ability to consider different evidence-based perspectives and theories in their practice.
Selection Criteria:
- Early Childhood Teacher or Diploma qualified in Early Education and Care or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in taking initiative within your room/team to support best practice and pedagogy.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support staff.
- Commitment to learning and development, with ability to consider different evidence-based perspectives and theories in your practice.
