Hardware Merchandising Role

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Merchandiser to drive sales and merchandising standards for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will develop and maintain relationships with hardware team members and leadership, executing Planograms, ensuring product presentation, pricing labels, and POS placement.

  • Maintain strong relationships with hardware teams and stakeholders to execute merchandising strategies.
  • Create effective Point of Sale displays to showcase products.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems.
  • Negotiate shelf space and pre-sale promotions to maximize sales.
Requirements:
  • A current Australian driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work flexible days and hours across Monday - Friday.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and other team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
