This is an exceptional opportunity for a business-minded Occupational Therapist to lead Clinical Service Provision at Star HR. As General Manager / CEO, you will shape and grow Disability Services, manage a team of Clinical Contractors, and pioneer into Clinical Service Provision.

The key responsibilities:

  • Launch and manage the new Service division: NDIS | Clinical services
  • Build and maintain relationships with support coordinators for seamless communication and effective service delivery
  • Develop marketing plans and foster business connections
  • Onboard and support clinical contract staff for smooth integration
  • Quality assurance: review and ensure high levels of clinical competency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Grow teams in areas across NSW
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and fostering partnerships

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA Registration
  • Previous NDIS Experience
  • Great Leadership skills and flair for managing relationships
  • Strong understanding of support coordination process
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • High level attention to detail and a love of quality
  • Ability to manage contract OT staff
