Occupational Therapy Team Manager Position in Gosford

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapy Team Leader to join our dynamic team at ORS Group in Gosford, Australia.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will lead a team of Occupational Therapists and contribute to the delivery of high-quality clinical services to clients aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing as a Mentor and Supporter: Provide guidance and support to Occupational Therapists on day-to-day service delivery and complex cases.
- Delivering Professional Development and Training: Organize training sessions, inductions, and supervisions as required to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Quality Assurance and Reporting: Conduct quality assurance report reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Client Interaction and Assessment: Attend appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training, and complete high-quality clinical services and assessments when required.
- Report Writing and Strategic Planning: Develop well-written reports and management plans that incorporate innovative strategies and interventions.

You will work across various environments, including family homes, group homes, day programs, schools, community settings, and/or ORS offices.

What We're Looking For:
- Tertiary Qualifications: A degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience: Three or more years of experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred).
- Licensure: Registration or ability to register with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Personal Requirements: A reliable vehicle, driver's license, and a National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain one before commencement).
A Competitive Salary:
Your estimated salary will be around AU$80,000 - AU$100,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
