Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent our brand at events, creating engaging experiences for attendees.
  • Set up and pack down promotional events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, chatting with attendees and handing out prizes.
  • Support the wider team with any tasks that arise.

What We're Looking For:

  • A friendly and approachable individual who excels at interacting with crowds.
  • Someone with great attention to detail and the confidence to take initiative.
  • A team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
  • Experience in customer service or promotions is a plus, but a great attitude is what matters most.
  • Availability across weekdays and weekends – a valid driver's licence is preferred or essential.
