Join Our Team as a Sales Assistant at Prouds Jewellers

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant at Prouds Castletown. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating professional and personalized service for customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s)
  • Achieving set sales targets and KPIs
  • Completing in-house training to keep up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures
  • Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
