Job Title: Support Worker for Clients with Spinal Injuries

At our organization, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate support workers to provide exceptional care to our clients with spinal injuries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide complex bowel care and hoist transfers for clients with spinal injuries
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Ensure client safety and well-being at all times
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide comprehensive care
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NDIS clearance, first aid, and CPR training
  • Certificate III or IV in disability/aged care
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience in complex bowel care and hoist transfers (desirable)
