Job Title: Variety Office Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our fun team in a varied office role. Our client manages the enrolment process for childcare centres all around Australia, looking after the enrolment administration, waiting lists, sales, appointment setting and bookings.

This is a fantastic opportunity to kick start your career in an office role, develop your skills and enhance your knowledge of business operations. You will be working in modern offices in Brookvale, close to Warringah Mall.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as first point of contact for all visitors
  • Handling telephone enquiries and directing enquiries to the appropriate staff/departments
  • Assist in the Administration of new enrolments, accurately entering and uploading documents
  • Set up meeting rooms
  • Book couriers
  • Order stationery and office equipment
  • Provide administration support

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude
  • Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to take direction and work as a team member
  • Organised and a desire to learn new skills
  • Good presentation and communication skills are essential
