A senior testing professional is sought after by a leading financial services firm to take on the role of Test Lead in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and deliver comprehensive test plans for functional, non-functional, UAT and regression testing
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, business analysts and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and scope
  • Leverage expertise to drive strategic decision-making and innovate testing approaches

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience in testing, with a minimum of 3/4 years as a Test Lead
  • Able to work independently, exercising problem-solving skills and prioritization across multiple projects
  • Proven track record in coordinating and managing UAT/IWT/External Testing
  • Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies
