Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate all testing activities across assigned Value Streams. This includes ensuring that testing is delivered in accordance with the program's test framework and scope, quality standards, and agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in quarterly planning events to influence decisions on test approach, sequencing, capacity, tooling, and resource requirements.
  • Develop and execute the program test strategy.
  • Create and review test plans, prepare test cases and data, and participate in test execution as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish test environment governance, manage test data, and ensure the availability of non-production environments for various testing types.
  • Support automation and utilize Suncorp testing tools.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in leading and coordinating testing activities.
  • Strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Suncorp testing tools.
