Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced social media marketing specialist to lead our influencer and partnership strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful influencer campaigns and a strong network of influencer contacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute influencer and partnership strategies across multiple brands
  • Manage influencer/partnership budget and optimize spend based on results
  • Build seasonal influencer and partnership roadmaps aligned to marketing milestones
  • Implement and manage affiliate/referral programs with clear commercial attribution
  • SOURCE, VET, AND ONBOARD INFLUENCERS ACROSS INSTAGRAM, TIKTOK, AND OTHER PLATFORMS
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry
  • Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns across different audience segments
  • Strong network of influencer contacts and understanding of the creator landscape
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and performance metrics
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
