We seek a dedicated and empathetic Disability Support Worker who will form a vital part of our support staff, ensuring seamless care and support for clients.
- Support clients with diverse disabilities in home or community settings, adapting to their unique needs and circumstances;
- Develop and implement bespoke support plans tailored to each client’s requirements;
- Collaborate closely with other support staff to ensure cohesive care and support;
- Maintain accurate records and reports as necessary;
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Disability or relevant experience;
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations;
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
