Food Service Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our hospitality team as a Food Services Assistant. This role involves contributing to the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of our Food Safety Program (FSP). You will be responsible for providing quality food and beverages to meet the residents' individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to menu planning to meet the resident's needs and preferences.
  • Prepare, serve, present, and deliver food and refreshments in accordance with the FSP.
  • General cleaning in accordance with the FSP.
  • Assist with monitoring and recording requirements of the FSP.
  • Ensure the friendly and timely delivery of meals and refreshments to all residents.
Requirements:
  • Food Handling Course.
  • Current National Police Certificate or ability to acquire.
  • Experience in residential aged care food services.
