Reliable Medical Receptionist Wanted

SKG Radiology is a proud West Australian healthcare facility and partner of various local sports teams. We are seeking a reliable individual to join our Medical Receptionist team, providing excellent patient service and support.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a Subiaco branch or provide relief to other branches located north of the river. When not required to provide relief, they will work at our hospital-based Subiaco branch, guaranteeing full-time contracted hours.

Due to the travel involved, applicants must have a valid driver's licence and own a reliable vehicle. Key responsibilities include acting as the first and last point of contact for patients, providing accurate bookings, settling accounts, and updating patient profiles.

A consistent Patient First focus, passion for helping people, ability to work effectively with multiple teams, attention to detail, time management skills, multitasking abilities, high-level interpersonal and communication skills, and computer literacy are essential qualities for this role.

Previous experience in customer service industries will be highly regarded.
