Finance Leader Opportunity

A key role has arisen to partner with the Enterprise Operations business, optimising financial performance and controlling costs.

In this position, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to:

  • Drive financial performance through clear drivers and metrics.
  • Add value to the business by balancing long-term cost management and short-term targets.
  • Ensure accurate financial results on a monthly basis and provide analytical insights to inform decision-making.
  • Communicate results effectively to both internal and external audiences.
  • Manage the reporting requirements for expenses and investments.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve their full potential.

  • Proven experience in commercial business partnering, budgeting, and financial control.
  • The ability to challenge at all levels, supported by data and analytics.
  • A strategic outlook on performance improvement to support T&EO and broader business objectives.
  • Strong working relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Capability to influence senior stakeholders and manage strategies/initiatives.
  • To be a long-term thinker/planner while being flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
  • Knowledge of project financial disciplines including capitalisation practices.
  • Experience in people management and leadership.
