ERP Finance Specialist Role

This senior position involves delivering exceptional ERP implementation and support projects. You will work with senior stakeholders to shape business processes, lead design decisions, and ensure successful implementation from discovery through to delivery.

  • Lead solution design and contribute to key architectural decisions.
  • Manage the end-to-end solution lifecycle: design, development oversight, validation, and testing.
  • Translate business needs into scalable and actionable solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Engage in requirements analysis and business process mapping to drive efficiency and optimisation.
  • Develop testing strategies, execute test plans, and troubleshoot solutions.
  • Train client teams and prepare training materials tailored to solution design.
  • Provide expert-level support and resolve issues within finance applications.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, analytical thinking, and excellent stakeholder engagement.
  • A passion for designing and optimising finance solutions that achieve meaningful, measurable outcomes.
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry certifications (finance-related qualifications a plus).
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly finance modules.
  • Deep knowledge of core finance modules: GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, project accounting, and bank processes.
  • Experience delivering full-cycle D365 F&O implementations.
  • Strong background in business analysis or functional consulting within ERP environments.
  • Ability to analyse complex business requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside senior leaders.
