Job Overview

This senior leadership role drives strategic growth, operational efficiency, and governance excellence across high-performance programs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage program budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, and funding allocations
  • Prepare grant acquittals and compliance reporting for key funding bodies
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support planning and decision-making
  • Oversee governance frameworks, including risk management and policy development
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance financial capabilities
  • Drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency and financial control
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • CA/CPA qualified with 7+ years' experience in commercially focused finance roles
  • Proven expertise in managing budgets, financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting within complex organisations
  • Demonstrated operational experience with a finance lens, optimising processes and resource allocation
  • Strong background in grant management, acquittals, and compliance reporting
  • Sound knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
