Digital Marketing Partner Specialist

This is a key role at TikTok, where you will work closely with leading agencies to help them succeed on our platform.
As a Digital Marketing Partner Specialist, you will be responsible for providing dedicated partner management to advertisers, consulting and coaching them towards success on TikTok.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with small and medium-sized agencies to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns
- Developing strategies to improve advertiser performance, including consulting on scale up, providing creative tips and best practices, and giving recommendations on budgeting and targeting
- Managing advertisers at scale, monitoring their performance through tools and timely communication with clients
- Gathering insights from client interaction and effectively representing client needs to internal stakeholders
Qualifications include:
- 5+ years of marketing, media sales, and/or online advertising experience with direct client management experience
- Experience in the marketing/social media/advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
- Prior experience working in a performance agency or business supporting the SME sector
