Fire Protection Specialist Required

We are seeking an experienced Fire Protection Specialist to join our team. As a leading provider of fire protection services throughout NSW and the ACT, we offer a range of services including passive fire protection.

About the Position

  • Install fire rated products to service penetrations
  • Install fireproof insulation materials to mechanical ductwork
  • Build fire-rated bulkheads and barriers
  • Operate fireproofing spray pumps
  • Mix and/or apply vermiculite and intumescent coatings
  • Coordinate labour, material, and delivery requirements
  • Complete work in a timely manner

Requirements

- White card
- Scissor lift/Yellow card
- Full working rights in Australia
- Experience in passive fire installations and systems
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test

Preferred Qualifications

Applicants holding High-Risk EWP, RIW/RISI, Asbestos Awareness, and Silica Awareness tickets will be preferred.

Schedule

Experience

Experience as a passive fire installer or coatings applicator is required, with knowledge of firestopping products from manufacturers like Promat, Firefly, Trafalgar, and Dulux.
