South Australia Regional Sales Manager

You will be responsible for leading a large team of sales professionals across the South Australia region. Your primary goal will be to maximise sales, margin, and profit performance while ensuring health and safety standards are met.
This role presents an opportunity to operate at a strategic level with full P&L responsibility within your region. You will partner with leaders across the business nationally to drive business outcomes.
A typical day may involve working alongside industry experts, growing personally and professionally through training and education programs, and celebrating a culture that values diversity and inclusion.
You will need to have demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategies across sales, profitability, and safety in complex environments. Strong stakeholder management skills and exceptional interpersonal communication skills are also essential.
