Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims across Medical Management, RTW, and Maximising Capacity teams.
- Implement service-oriented approaches focused on early intervention and the interests of workers and employers.
- Provide workers' compensation advice to stakeholders, including workers, employers, and providers.
- Collaborate with the broader team to foster positive outcomes for injured workers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles within medical, hospitality, retail, or corporate fields.
- Exceptional level of service, willingness to go the extra mile, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to think critically when engaging and managing stakeholders throughout the process.
