Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims across Medical Management, RTW, and Maximising Capacity teams.
  • Implement service-oriented approaches focused on early intervention and the interests of workers and employers.
  • Provide workers' compensation advice to stakeholders, including workers, employers, and providers.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to foster positive outcomes for injured workers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles within medical, hospitality, retail, or corporate fields.
  • Exceptional level of service, willingness to go the extra mile, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to think critically when engaging and managing stakeholders throughout the process.
